We’re working with an insurance company looking to hire a Legal Counsel into its London legal team on a fixed term contract until September 2027.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Group General Counsel and working closely with the Group General Counsel, you’ll play a key role supporting the business across commercial, corporate, governance and regulatory matters.
This is a broad in-house position offering exposure to:
- Commercial contracts and supplier arrangements
- Listed company and corporate governance matters
- Board and committee support Regulatory and compliance obligations
- Group policies and governance documentation
- Strategic business projects across the wider organisation
The role would suit an E&Ws qualified solicitor with experience in commercial contracts, corporate governance or regulatory matters gained in-house or in private practice. Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be beneficial.
Salary up to £90,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working. Immediate start ideally W/C 2/11/2026
