Luxury Maintenance Manager (Mon-Fri, 20 Days Leave)

Abbatt Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of a luxury residential development in Putney. The role is hands-on, managing reactive maintenance, PPM schedules, and contractor coordination to ensure high standards.

You will lead maintenance operations across 90 apartments, ensure safety compliance, quality, and timely project delivery, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a stable, in-house work environment.
