Senior Project Manager

Salary: £70,000pa – £80,000pa + car allowance and additional benefits

Working format: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with consultancy experience delivering projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, hospitality, hotel/leisure, heritage, education or other.

The successful Senior Project Manager will have:

• Previous experience working within a construction consultancy environment
• Experience delivering projects across one or more sectors
• Experience delivering projects through pre-contract and post-contract stages
• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline
• MRICS, MAPM or progress towards a relevant professional qualification
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
• A proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
