European Sales Lead: Growth & Strategy

Penguin Random House UK is seeking a senior Head of European Sales to set the commercial direction for Europe and lead growth with European Sales Directors. You will also act as Product Lead for a publishing division, aligning publishing priorities with International Sales and maximizing opportunities across markets.

You will drive strategy, engage with retailers and partners, and travel to European markets to maintain a first-hand market view while delivering ambitious revenue growth.
