Gifting Quality & Compliance Lead – Food & Home

Bloom & Wild is recruiting a Technical Lead for non-floral products to own quality and compliance across food, drink, candles and home gifts. This UK-focused role is based at our Nuneaton fulfilment site, collaborating with Range, Procurement, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to build a robust quality framework.

You’ll drive supplier onboarding, on-site audits to BRCGS standards, and end-to-end labelling and regulatory sign-off while protecting customers and the brand as we scale our gift range.
