Your Responsibilities
- Shaping and defining business problems, opportunities, and requirements across people, processes, and technology
- Delivering business analysis activities across projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Assessing solution options, highlighting impacts and risks, and supporting informed decision-making
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, product owners, and delivery teams
- Supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery by facilitating workshops, ceremonies, and clear communication
Mandatory Skills
- Business analysis within the insurance domain
- Requirements capture, scope definition, and documentation
- Data analysis, problem-solving, and gap analysis techniques
- Stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum and Kanban using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of the UK insurance market and regulatory environment
- Experience with Waterfall project delivery approaches
- Data and reporting tools including SQL
- Testing support, test planning, or validation activities
- Modelling or design techniques such as UML or UI concepts
