We’re representing a highly respected contractor specialising in the delivery ofsuper-prime new builds, bespoke refurbishments, and luxury residential developments across the South East. The business has built an outstanding reputation for quality and craftsmanship, working on some of the region’s most prestigious private residential projects.
The Role
Based on a flagship project in Tunbridge Wells, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the exceptionally high standards expected within the luxury residential sector.
- Strong high-end / super-prime residential experience
- Proven ability to manage luxury residential projects from start to finish
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience managing trades and subcontractors on-site
Highly Desirable
- Carpentry background
- Experience working on bespoke residential builds and refurbishments
- Stable employment history within premium residential construction
Package
- £65,000 – £75,000 per annum – all in Salary
- Site-first position based in Tunbridge Wells
