Genomics England seeks a Senior Service Designer on a 24 month FTC to shape how services are experienced and delivered. You will apply human-centered and systems-thinking approaches, map people and processes, and collaborate with delivery teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
You will lead discovery, prototyping and optimising user experiences for bioinformaticians and clinical staff, delivering actionable insights and clear design outputs.
