Monzo is seeking a Borrowing Writer to elevate the company’s writing across borrowing and credit projects. You’ll work within the Writing discipline, collaborating with engineers, designers and lawyers to produce clear, customer-focused messaging.
You’ll cover in-app copy, error messages and legal wording, while championing plain language and data-informed improvements. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid London/UK remote work.
