Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead an integrated marketing strategy for a well-established UK business (Group of companies).
This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support long-term commercial growth. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, developing impactful campaigns and communications across both B2B and B2C markets.
Head of Marketing responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Marketing Strategy and Commercial Planning.
- Brand Positioning and Portfolio Management.
- Demand Generation, Customer Acquisition and Retention.
- Digital Content and Channel Management.
- Communications, Public Relations and Events.
- Team, Budget, and Agency Leadership.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Commercial and customer focused skills.
- Strategic thinker and practical operator.
- Curious, analytical and willing to test, learn and improve.
- Highly motivated individual.
- High standards of integrity, accuracy and discretion.
