Tangity UK, part of the NTT DATA Design Network, is assembling a senior Content Designer to shape content design from strategy to craft. You will lead multi-channel content across interfaces, forms, notifications, chat, and AI agents, partnering with UX, service design, and research to mainstream content as a core design discipline.
You will shape governance, design systems, and AI content guidelines while growing the UK offering and mentoring mid-level designers and writers.
