AMS in London is seeking a Senior Recruiter – Early Careers & Campus to own end-to-end campus recruitment delivery. You will manage client relationships, design attraction strategies, and work with leaders to meet hiring demands while coaching the team on best practices.

Hybrid role with three days in the London office. You will engage with the Early Careers/Graduate market in Banking or Financial Services and drive successful internship and graduate campaigns.
