FMCG Operations Leader – Nights Shift

Greencore, Selby site, is seeking an Operations Controller to lead the manufacturing unit and SLT-provide site leadership for KPIs and EBIT targets. You will report to the site GM and drive safe, efficient production across shifts, including Sundays to Thursdays nights.

You will steer process improvements, capex prioritisation, and cost control while ensuring customer standards and food safety. A strong background in FMCG and HSEQ is essential.
