THE NICI Collection seeks an experienced Group F&B Cost Control & Systems Manager to oversee cost control, procurement systems and profitability across its hotels, restaurants and bars. The role supports senior leadership including the Group F&B Director and Group Financial Controller, with regular travel to group properties from Head Office in Bournemouth.
