Job Description

• Manage the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Oversee accounting processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and forecast future financial trends.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end reporting.
• Develop and improve financial policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the finance team effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.

What’s on Offer

• Salary ranging from £75,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
