Facade Maintenance Project Manager – Hybrid (London)

London-based contractor specialising in facades, windows, doors, curtain walling and fire doors is seeking a Project Manager to run maintenance and aftercare day-to-day alongside directors. Hybrid role: ~three days on site, rest in office or from home, with varied sites and live resident-focused work.

You will manage PPMs, reactive repairs, and RAMS, coordinating a team of engineers while liaising closely with building managers and agents. Industry-specific system knowledge is essential.
