Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a construction project manager located on a large upcoming project in Fermanagh. The manager will oversee daily operations relating to the execution of our facades package of works on the project, ensuring that the works are planned and co-ordinated and adhere to Sperrin Facades high standards of quality and safety.
Key tasks include supervising on-site labour, setting out and dimension checks, coordinating work activities, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and liaising with the client, labour subcontractors, and suppliers. The manager will also maintain detailed quality control and as-built project documentation using our in-house and Client software packages and Go-pro system.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Coordination skills to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven experience in construction site management and supervision preferably with experience in façade or cladding projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors and clients,
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications and ability to liaise with our design team to resolves any technical issues on site
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and adherence to compliance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Relevant qualifications in construction management and HSE certificates
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to other sites as required
