Mechanical Design Team Lead – Complex Defence Systems

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a Mechanical Design Team Lead at our Malvern site. You will lead a team of Mechanical Design Engineers and act as a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer delivering complex engineering solutions with strong governance and customer engagement.

You will apply broad experience in mechanical design artefacts for product development in defence contexts, assimilating programme insights and business context to guide future needs.
