Southwest Assistant Director of Sales

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales – Southwest to oversee the sales function across Clayton hotels in Cardiff, Birmingham and Bristol, reporting to DOS and Group Sales UK.

You will lead and coach the sales team, drive revenue across segments, manage submissions, rate negotiations, and participate in trade shows and client meetings to build key national and international accounts.
