Hybrid Risk & Compliance Associate — FinTech SaaS

Engine by Starling is recruiting for a Risk & Compliance professional to join our team in the UK. You will ensure operation within the Risk Framework, support regulatory alignment across UK and client jurisdictions, and help maintain certifications while working with InfoSec, Legal and other teams.

You will identify and monitor risks, support committees, perform due diligence and client screenings, and uphold mandatory compliance training and registers.
