Bristol Interim Employment Lawyer – Public Sector

Triumph Consultants Ltd, a public sector employment law specialist, seeks an experienced Employment Lawyer (4–5+ PQE) for an interim 12-month assignment in Bristol. The role is on-site 2–3 days a week with hybrid working arrangements.

You will provide high-quality legal advice on complex employment matters, undertake advocacy at Employment Tribunals, liaise with internal stakeholders and witnesses, and help manage a busy caseload within the Commercial & Governance team.
