A highly respected Legal 500 firm in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Partner to join its Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence practice. This is a senior strategic appointment offering the opportunity to lead high-value claimant work, contribute to the continued growth of the department, and play a key role in the wider firm.

The Rolen From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a rare opportunity to operate at a senior level within a leading regional practice. Responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing complex, high-value personal injury and clinical negligence claims
- Advising clients on catastrophic injury and serious medical negligence matters
- Overseeing case strategy, risk management, and supervision of junior fee earners
- Driving departmental growth through business development and client relationship management
- Contributing to firm-wide strategy and cross-referral initiatives
- Maintaining high professional and regulatory standards

About You

- Experienced Solicitor at Partner level (or Senior Associate ready to step up)
- Strong background in claimant personal injury and/or clinical negligence work
- Proven ability to manage high-value, complex cases
- Demonstrable business development capability and client following (or clear potential)
- Commercially minded with strong leadership and mentoring skills
