Senior Integrated Cardiac Nurse – Primary Care (PT)

Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC is seeking a Band 7 Integrated Primary Care Cardiac Nurse on a temporary 0.62 WTE contract to join the Integrated Primary Care Cardiac Service. The post is a secondment/fixed-term opportunity ending 26 November 2027, with scope for postgraduate and specialist training within an MDT framework.

You will deliver holistic, patient-centred care in community and clinic settings, prioritise effectively, drive service improvement, and collaborate across teams.
