Whole-Family Early Help Key Worker

Croydon Council in Croydon is seeking a dedicated family support worker to join our permanent team. The role is 36 hours per week, Grade 8, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. You will deliver whole family assessments and coordinate with health, education and third sector services to support families in need.

As a keyworker you will manage a caseload, work within a Team Around the Family framework, and ensure outcomes-based plans are progressed with supervisory support.
