Registered Mental Health Nurse – Primary Care Prescriber

Vertis Health is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Primary Care Network in Worcestershire, working across Droitwich, Ombersley & The Rurals PCN at Chaddesley Corbett Surgery. You will assess adults with mental health needs, conduct risk assessments and develop care plans within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
