Job Description:
We Are With You in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a part-time Independent Prescriber to join the Stoke Community Drug and Alcohol service. The role involves clinical assessment, diagnosis and management within a multidisciplinary team with outreach across Stoke-on-Trent.
A supplementary/independent prescriber course and entry on the NMC/GPhC register are required. The role is 15 hours per week (Mon 7.5h, Tue 7.5h) on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2028, with salary £48,000-£54,106 per annum pro
