Deputy Manager, Children’s Residential Care – Lead & Safeguard

YourRecruit Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for a children’s residential home in St Albans, Hertfordshire. You will lead the staff team, oversee shifts, maintain high standards of care and safeguarding, and support the Registered Manager.

We are looking for strong childcare experience, excellent organisation and administration skills, and a commitment to positive outcomes for children. A full driving licence is essential.
