NHS Jobs in the West of England is seeking a Specialist Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join SHOU within the BFT. You will provide and develop a specialist pharmaceutical service aligned to Trust Values to improve medication management and support safe discharge.
The role involves clinical screening of prescriptions, antimicrobial stewardship, involvement in CIP targets, education and supervision of staff, and close collaboration with GPs and community pharmacists to ensure timely discharge.
