Senior OT – Multisite Clinical Leader in Complex Care

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to provide specialist assessments and interventions across four complex care services in the North East. You will lead a clinical team and deliver person-centred therapy to maximise residents’ independence.

You will supervise Junior Therapists and Therapy Assistants, maintain accurate records, collaborate with the Therapy Team, and promote dignity and choice in daily activities.
