Job Description:
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Children’s Nurse to deliver specialist care to children in the community. The role includes teaching families, coordinating complex home care packages and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
You will work with parents and carers to implement care plans, provide wound reviews and support home IV antibiotics where appropriate, while contributing to ongoing service improvements
