Falls Prevention OT/PT—Part-Time, Community Role

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join the Community Falls Team in Solihull. The role focuses on holistic falls assessments, home visits, and multi-disciplinary collaboration to reduce falls and hospital admissions.

You will support students and junior staff, contribute to seven-day programmes, and participate in service development within UHB. Part-time (33 hours) with flexible working is available.
