Adults Senior Practitioner – Social Care Qualified
Contract Opportunity – £36 per hour
Are you an experienced Adults Senior Practitioner – Social Care Qualified looking for a rewarding contract role? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for a 2-week contract within the Adult Safeguarding Triage Team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in safeguarding, decision-making, and staff supervision, while working in a flexible, predominantly home-based environment.
Responsibilities of the Adults Senior Practitioner – Social Care Qualified
- Managing adult safeguarding cases with strong decision‑making skills
- Leading and supervising staff within the safeguarding team
- Conducting safeguarding triage assessments to ensure client safety and wellbeing
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate effective safeguarding processes
- Attending meetings, training, and site visits as required (office visits will be scheduled periodically)
- Maintaining accurate records and case files in compliance with statutory requirements
Candidate Requirements for the Adults Senior Practitioner – Social Care Qualified
- Proven experience as a Social Worker in adult safeguarding
- Strong decision‑making and staff supervision skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to attend meetings and training sessions
- Valid Social Care qualification
