Practice Nurse: Shape Modern Primary Care in Brighton

Integrated Care 24 (IC24) in Brighton is recruiting a Practice Nurse to join our evolving primary care team. You’ll deliver high-quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment, manage long-term conditions and contribute to health promotion and preventative care.
