Senior ENT Nurse Lead: Clinics, Triage & Growth

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead Nurse for ENT to provide professional nursing leadership for the ENT nursing team at Hillingdon Hospital. The post holder will work autonomously, set up nurse-led clinics within ENT and deliver high quality nursing care.

The role includes developing and establishing triage for suspected Head and Neck cancers, leading the ENT CNS team, and delivering an enhanced level of clinical care while building a workforce and nurse-led services
