Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist within the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT) provides specialist, recovery‑focused assessment and intervention for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder supports people to remain safely at home where appropriate, promotes independence, and helps individuals regain daily functioning, meaningful activity and community participation.
