Community Mental Health Social Worker – Crisis Team

EPUT is recruiting a Band 6 Community Social Worker for the Basildon Mental Health Unit. The post involves full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

You will assess, plan and implement care for adults and older adults with mental health needs within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. The role requires a professional qualification (OT, Social Work, or RMN), ASYE completion, and may include dementia-related qualifications.
