Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Nurse to join Willow Ward at Rochford Hospital. This full-time, fixed-term post runs for 11 months to 30 September 2027, at 37.5 hours per week, with a supportive multidisciplinary team and development opportunities.
You will lead the ward team, oversee care plans, participate in supervision and appraisal, and uphold the Recovery Model while ensuring safety, physical health needs, and social inclusion for patients.
