Woodbridge Practice, Thornaby, is recruiting a Practice Nurse to join our primary care team. You will provide Personal Medical Services, support patients with long-term conditions and work across our Thornaby and Ingleby Barwick sites.
The role involves 37.5 hours per week and frequent site travel. The ideal candidate is an NMC-registered nurse with experience in chronic disease management, health promotion and vaccination delivery, reporting to the Deputy Practice Manager.
