Children’s Registered Home Manager (EBD) – Lead & Safeguard Team

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a new 2–4 bed EBD home in North Manchester. You will oversee registration, setup and ongoing day-to-day management, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

The role requires Level 5 Leadership & Management for Children’s Residential Care or willingness to work towards it, with strong leadership and a commitment to positive outcomes for young people.
