Southend Hospital is seeking an experienced Acute Matron to lead the nursing workforce within the acute medical service. You will deliver high-quality patient care and drive innovative practices in collaboration with the MDT.
You will work closely with ED/AMS matrons and the Head of Nursing, providing clinical leadership, workforce management and strategic input to the division. UK registration is required.
