Summary
OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) or Senior Occupational Health Advisor (SOHA) to join a well-established Occupational Health service covering London and Essex.
This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a varied workload across clinic-based, onsite and remote Occupational Health services, with hybrid working available.
The successful candidate will support a range of clients, delivering case management, health surveillance escalations, clinical governance support and wellbeing assessments. Duties
Deliver Occupational Health case management assessments, both remotely and onsite.
Manage health surveillance escalations and provide appropriate clinical advice.
Conduct telephone and online pre-placement health assessments.
Provide clinical governance support and contribute to service quality.
Undertake employee wellbeing assessments.
Attend meetings with HR and Health & Safety teams.
Provide Occupational Health services across London clinics and an Essex-based site.
Produce clear, professional Occupational Health reports and recommendations.
Criteria
Qualified Occupational Health Advisor or Senior Occupational Health Advisor.
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Previous experience delivering Occupational Health case management.
Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently across onsite, clinic-based and remote settings.
Experience liaising with HR and Health & Safety professionals would be beneficial.
