0-19 Public Health Locality Team Lead

Oxford Health seeks a Locality Team Leader for the CYP 0-19 Public Health Service, combining Health Visiting, School Health Nursing and Family Nurse Partnership. You will lead the 0-19 service within The City North Locality, working across community bases, hospitals, clinics, and homes to deliver care close to home.

You will travel between sites as needed and contribute to service improvement, governance and safeguarding for children and families in Oxfordshire.
