Clinical Pharmacist – Mental Health, Portsmouth & SE (PT)

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support mental health units, community services and inpatient wards across the East Region. The role is for 30 hours per week, based at The Orchards, St James’ Hospital in Portsmouth, with cover across Gosport War Memorial Hospital.

You will provide medicines management, prescribing advice and participate in quality improvement and teaching to ensure a high-quality, patient-centered service.
