Senior Clinical Nurse Leader – Dementia & Residential Care

Kara Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse in a leadership role to drive clinical excellence within a care home setting in the Gateshead area. You will work with the Home Manager to ensure governance, quality assurance, and high standards of resident care are maintained.

You will lead on medication management, wound care, and clinical audits, while mentoring staff and ensuring a safe, person-centred care environment in line with CQC requirements.
