StructuredFinanceAnalyst-MainResponsibilities:

• Tomonitorexistingprojectfinancetransactionsonanongoingbasis.
• TounderstandtheBank’screditriskmanagementframework,suchastheBank’sInternalRatingSystem.
• Performregularandadhocinternalcreditratingassessmentsforprojectfinancetransactions.
• TocreateRingi(internalauthorisationprocess)togetanapprovalbytheBranchmanagement(andTokyoHO,ifnecessary)inconnectionwithborrowerconsentrequests.
• Toanalysecashflowmodelsfortransactionmonitoringpurposes.
• ToassistthedealclosingteaminSFDthroughoutthetransactionlifecycle,includingtradingdocuments,KYCprocedures,fundingrequestswiththeBranch’strasuryteam,anddrawdownprocedures.
• ToprovideadministrativesupporttotheSFDadminteam,particularlyduringquarter-endpeakperiods.TheadmintasksincludereviewingNDAsandcirculatingRingi,MemoandInstructionforloansettlementandbookingprocesses.
• ToconductresearchonvarioustopicsandproducereportsrelatedwiththeBranchcreditportfolioasrequiredonad-hocbasis.
• ToassisttheseniormanagerwithinternalBranchreportingwhenrequired.
• Toattendlenders/all-parties’meetingsandsite-visitsformonitoringpurposesifneeded.
• Toattendmeetingswithrelevantstakeholderssuchasborrowers,sponsors,andFAsifneeded.
• ToprovidegeneralclericalsupporttotheSeniorManagerincluding,butnotlimitedto,photocopying,filing,recordkeeping,mailing,schedulingandmessaging.
• Suchotherdutiesasthemanagementmay,fromtimetotime,reasonablyrequire

StructuredFinanceAnalyst-Requirements

• PreviousexperienceofProjectfinancetransactionsasamemberoffrontteamoracreditreviewerinthecreditriskmanagementsideispreferable
• Experiencegainedinfinancialinstitutionispreferable.
• Proficient/Advanced-Excel,Word,andPowerPointskills
