Meraki Talent are supporting a well established Private Equity firm in Central London to recruit a Fund Accountant on a fixed term basis. The role sits in the Private Equity Secondaries funding stream and broader Private Equity fund accounting.

Key duties include preparing call and distribution notices, responding to investor queries, coordinating with Third Party Administrators and Auditors, and managing cash calls with banks to ensure timely drawdowns and covenants.
