The Community Learning Disabilities Team on the Isle of Wight is seeking applications for a Behaviour Analyst within the Intensive Support Team. This is a permanent, full-time role.
You will lead clinical pathway work within IST, applying specialist strategies to understand behaviours of concern and promote Positive Behaviour Support across the service, coordinating and overseeing work, influencing clinical decisions, and monitoring the quality of patient care.
