Management Accountant

We’re recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a successful and growing business based in Milton Keynes. This is a broad, hands-on finance role offering plenty of exposure across the business and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.

The role:

• Produce monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals and prepayments
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
• Analyse performance, variances and key business trends
• Provide insightful reporting to support commercial decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders across the business
• Support year-end processes and external audit requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting

About you:

• Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
• Confident with Excel and financial systems
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
