Responsibilities of the Real Estate Solicitor
- Managing a diverse caseload of property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and stakeholder agreements
- Providing expert legal advice to clients and internal teams on all aspects of real estate law
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with precision and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with current legal regulations and internal policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet and exceed billing targets, with a target billing of £220,000 to £240,000 to achieve an annual salary of £65,000
- Working full office attendance as required by the role

- Qualified legal solicitor status
- Proven experience in real estate law
