Training Analytics Specialist (Hybrid, UK)

Raytheon UK is recruiting a Training Analyst to support the design, development and assurance of effective training solutions. You will review training and technical documentation to ensure data accuracy and drive gap analyses that improve learning outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to validate findings and support continuous improvement initiatives. Hybrid work with travel to UK sites is expected.
